As an amateur men's physique athlete and powerlifter he is very familiar with the strength and aesthetic components of resistance training. He is an officially certified NSCA trainer. Through many tests of trial and error he has figured out what responds best for his body and he can do the same for you! He maintains a reasonable diet to help boost his training as the years come.
