Nicholas Cotton

As an amateur men's physique athlete and power lifter he is very familiar with the strength and aesthetic components of resistance training. He is an officially certified NSCA trainer. He is awaiting acceptance into a nursing program to schools in Northern California. Through many tests of trial and error he has figured out what responds best for his body and he can do the same for you! His consistency has lead him to get a 405 squat, 455 deadlift And a 225 bench.
